1. What is in the back seat of your car (truck) right now?

The leftover wrapping paper from a Christmas gift that I gave to Rachelle (a scarf from Fossil that will come in handy when she moves to the east coast)

2. When was the last time you threw up?

I’m not exactly sure, but it wasn’t due to alcohol…I remember being sick with some sort of stomach ailment.

3. What’s your favorite curse word?

Probably f***, but only because I yell it when I’m scared, because I can’t scream.

4. Name 3 people who made you smile today?

I did not smile much today, and since I worked from home I did not interact with many people. I guess I’d have to say David was the only one and it was because he sent a silly video to my phone.

5. What were you doing at 8 a.m. this morning?

Making tea.

6. What were you doing 30 minutes ago?

Watching The Weakest Link.

7. Where were you born?

Rex Hospital (the old one)

8. Have you ever been to a strip club?

I have not.

“Oh my gosh I love this show.”

Mint chocolate chip, with cookie dough a second best.

A lovely 2005 Merlot.

Um…

Brie with crackers.

I have not.

The living room.

Probably the Super Bowl. Whomever it was that won.

Not since about age 16.

Oh goodness no.

It was a video message to David, that Siobhan and I were watching TV

The three people that are closest to me are Rachelle and Michael and of course David.

Working.

25. Where is your mom right now?

Likely in bed and asleep, since they are 3 hours ahead of me which would make it after midnight for them.

UPS, a copy of Box of Hair: A Fairy Tale, my camera, a desk, the wall.

Close to lots of cool places: Tahoe, San Fran, Napa.

Absolutely.

Sapphire I think?

Yuck, neither.

Not since I was 21.

David - he called me while he was bored at work.

I’ve had my picture taken with Paula Poundstone, who rocks.

Well it’s the end of the day for me, so bed is my plan.

Two. NC & CA.

37. Ever go to college?

Yes. BSBA from Appalachian State University.

38. Where are you right now?

In my home office.

39. Biggest annoyance in your life right now?

That it takes so long to edit a book.

40. Are you struggling to forgive someone right now?

Not to forgive, but to trust.
41. Are you allergic to anything?

Oh, so many things. Most recently, it seems, ginger.

42. Favorite pair of shoes?

Well I used to have these suede shoes I really liked…but they wore out. Most of my shoes are Sketchers…I like all of them. But I also have two pair of Simple shoes that I adore as well.
